Delivery Terms:

Your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment once your payment is completed. The average delivery time is 5 working days within the Netherlands. The maximum delivery time for products in stock is 10 working days within the Netherlands. Delivery is handled by PostNL. Willowmaindens Garden is not liable for errors made during transport.

Return Policy:

By Dutch law, customers have a 14-day reflection period during which items can be returned without providing a reason. When a shipment is returned to the sender, the costs are borne by the sender, and shipping costs for the current shipment will not be refunded.

Payment Terms:

Full payment must be made when placing an order, after which the orders will be shipped. This may also include special fees or billing costs, shipping taxes, and other relevant components for a placed order.
